Where should you start?
One reading check, then a few sentences. Two misses in a band and we stop. Continue will begin at that lesson. Everything before it stays open.
If you already know some Thai, starting at lesson one wastes a week. This test does not mark anything complete and it does not skip words forever. It sets a floor for Continue: the first lesson that is still new to you. You can still open anything before it.
First we check whether you can read a few letters. Get that wrong and we send you to the alphabet, even if your spoken Thai is further on, because the rest of the course is written in script. Then sentences from A0, A1 and A2. Two misses in a band and we stop there.
The first seventeen lessons are free, with no card. You can skip the test and start from zero if you would rather.
