The rate you join at is the rate you keep, for as long as the subscription runs. A later increase never touches an existing one.
What you are paying for
A0, A1 and A2 are written and playable: greetings through street food, a pharmacy, a hotel, and turning down a plan without a flat ไม่. B1 is designed (work, rent, visa, the motorbike when it breaks) and not written yet.

Before you pay
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything you have already learned: the words, the sentences, review, your streak and your stats. You lose new lessons and tests. Nothing is deleted. Coming back later is just signing in again.
Is there a refund?
Thirty days, no questions, on monthly, yearly and lifetime. Email and it is done.
Is the free part a trial?
No. No timer, no card, nothing expires. Those 17 lessons stay yours whether you ever pay or not. If greetings, introducing yourself and reading a shop sign is all you wanted, stop there.
Where does paying start?
After three modules: greetings, introducing yourself, and the 31 everyday letters. Paying starts at the tone system: the rules that let you look at a Thai word you have never seen and know which of the five tones it takes. Then food, taxis, 7-Eleven, and everything from A1 up.
Which plan should I pick?
Monthly if you are not sure. Yearly if you already know you will keep going: two months cheaper than paying £9.99 a month. Lifetime only if you hate subscriptions and you are staying. You can switch later.
